Cole’s Rockin’ Blue’s Clues Party

Yesterday our family joined a great group of friends to celebrate Cole’s 3rd birthday.  Cole is extremely passionate about 2 things; music and Blue’s Clues!  So mom and dad did a great job making sure that their boy’s big day was full of just that.  Here are a couple of shots that I loved.  I’ll post a slideshow later…

BTW… he know he’s 3, not 4.  It’s hard to get that pinky down though when you got a pair of mits like this kid!!

Things were taken up a notch when Cole’s favorite musicians, his Uncle Joel and his brother Scott of the Pawnshop Kings joined him for an impromptu jam session.  Cole knows every word of every song!  You gotta love the look on his face.  The best part, most 3 year olds would be done around midway through the first song.  No…we heard 4 full songs from the album!!  Cole rocks…

New Urban Bark

Yesterday I shot some of Urban Bark’s new wedding line.  It is all very cool looking and definitely worth checking out.  If you go to their site you can see a list of stores that are carrying their cards in the area.  Here is a quick sample of some of the stuff that I did.  And by the way, I am available for all kinds of commercial photography.  I mostly shoot families and wedding stuff, but I love doing this type of work as well!  So if you’re in need, give me a call!

While we were shooting, Corrie’s son Gavin was hanging out with us and he was getting ready for a bike ride with dad.  So I had to snap a couple of quick shots of him with his helmet and shades.  What a little stud!

Bain Family in Irvine Park

Last week I hung out with the Bain’s and took some shots of the family out in Irvine Park.  Since they’re using the photos for their Christmas card, I didn’t want to post many of the shots, but I had to share this one!

Landscape Photo of the Day…

Back in August we were in Napa.  As I often do, I woke at sunrise and sipped some coffee,  and just kicked back and watched the light warm up the valley.  It is my favorite time of day.  enjoy….

Oregon Photos

I took a bunch of art photos on my last trip to Portland and I never posted any of them.  So here are a few of my favorites…

A wooded foot path along the Columbia River and Multnomah Falls.

I saw all of these old tractors outside a logging museum.  I think the old colors, grease and patterns are so cool to look at.
