The Boxer licking his nose is Puppy. Some of you may remember him from his car accident last summer. I honestly didn’t think he was going to make it through the first night after being hit by a car, but he has recovered and is almost back to 100%.

I’m definitely way behind in my posting since these photos were taken over Thanksgiving! But they are still nice to look at even if they are a bit late. We spent the holiday with Shell’s family and had an amazing time. I typically wake up at sunrise and go shoot some photos in the early morning so I don’t have to drag my family all over the place!

This is where I will be in my retirement years, in case you want to track me down.

Bridge over the Napa River

One of my favorite places to visit…Oakville Grocery. They have some amazing food in there.

Lots of fall color to view around town

It was interesting to see how different vines were in different phases of their growth cycle. A lot of the vineyards had already lost all of their leaves while others were just beginning to turn colors.

I’ll be posting more in the next day or two so stay tuned…
I recently had the privilege of doing some portraits of an up and coming artist by the name of Katie Kelly. Katie was recently signed on with Disney Fine Art by Collector’s Editions to create some incredible interpretations of Disney characters and stories. Her work is very unique and has such a great feel to it. It was a great experience for me to photograph her as well. Here are a few of my favorites from the session…

And here is a small sampling of some of her work. As you can see her work is amazing! I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. If you are interested in Katie’s paintings, she will be featured on the Disney Fine Art by Collector’s Editions website in the near future.

Alas, I am posting something new on my Blog! Man how time flies by! This is my absolute favorite time of the year and I have taken literally thousands of photos in the last month, but I have been so busy that there just hasn’t been time to share. But things are finally getting somewhat back to normal so I thought I’d put up a quick post of some photos I took at Disneyland the other night. Merry Christmas!

I love the way Sleeping Beauty’s Castle looks at Christmas time

I couldn’t decide which of these fireworks pics I liked the best
