I can only sit inside the house for so long before I start going totally nuts. So fortunately I have a pretty good rain jacket. I’ve lived here in Orange County for most of my life and I can remember maybe one other time that it’s rained this much, and I think it was around ’96 when we had a pretty crazy El Nino year. But I like it…it’s something different. I wouldn’t like it if my house was sliding off a hill or a 6 foot wall of mud was oozing it’s way into my living room.
Despite the fact that she is a Lab mix, and she likes to swim, my dog hates the rain.
You gotta keep your eyes peeled for the really amazing moments in between storms!

I had a feeling that I would find some new pictures because of the rain. I especially like the water drop in the puddle and the bluff overlooking the ocean shots – actually I like them all!
